Solved vista/battery mode icon

in the upper left corner of desktop the battery mode icon is displayed.but computer is plugged in.down in task bar the battery and plug icon is displayed saying it's plugged in and charging.how do i get rid of upper left icon ?:huh:

back again.i got 151 views.but no answer.here's how i fixed it .turned off computer completly.then turned it back on and it solved the problem.no more icon on upper right hand corner.thank you for your time .this post is now closed.
