i can't find a legitimate untouched unmodified iso of vista home 64
all the ones i find are messed with in some way or another either with added updates or a crack or something
can someone show me a legitimate link to a legitimate iso of windows vista home premium 64? thanks!

You said "messed with in some way or another either with added updates or a crack or something" - does that mean you want the RTM Vista with no service packs? I can offer you an ISO and it isn't a crack copy but you would need your own product key.
I also have the one that includes SP2. They are English language only.
You'd have to temporarily post your email address here and I would email the link to you. Sorry I wont publish it publicly. You can disguise the address as in abc AT xyz DOT com for instance and afterwards all you need to do is come back and edit it out of the post.
