The Module users/owner/appdata/local\ovrhics/ep0pp01.dll error message

When I boot up vista I get the above error message saying that it may not be compatible with the version of windows I am running. Check to see if the module is compatible with a 32 or 64 bit version of regsvr32.exe.

What do I do here

I see you are being helped over at BleepingComputer Forums. They are good so I would listen to what they have to say. It appears you have a bad case of malware and they are by far the best place to obtain help with that.
