Creating/Printing Model Car Decals

Hi,

I have an HP Pavilion Notebook DV-7 1245 DX with Windows Vista 64 Home Premium, and an HP Photo Smart All In One C6380 Printer/Scanner/Copier.

Here is my question-- Does this Notebook/Printer combo have the capabilities of being able to "create/download/and print, small scale custom decals in color, for scale models (example) 1:25 scale cars, trucks, etc. ? And if so, .. can someone tell me where I might be able to find some kind of detailed instructions on what, or which program(s) I would need to do this, and how to do it, from beginning to end?

Create, download or print has many connotations. What exactly are you doing? For instance are you scanning something or are you downloading something?
