Debugging Advice Needed

Hi all, I've had my Vista 32 since 2008 without major problems. Now what's bugging me are message popups like "Google installer has stopped working" and when I attempt a debug, the next message is Unhandled Win32 exception with further explanation that Just-in-Time was not enabled in Visual Studio. But I can't find or install a Visual Studio for this computer. Frustrated.
