Solved Microsoft error code issue STOP command

Getting error code (0x0000007B,0X80599BBO,0XC0000034,0X00000000,0X00000000)

what is causing this and how can I fix this,

Using vista ultima sp2 32, this is on a recent drive move

Any help on this :cry:

This was the sata drive not plug in on boot

Thanks it was an over site when I had did the upgrade from Vista to win 7 on three drive, and m/s declare one of the drive not legal, but did not bother the other two.
Who knows what is in there code??
