Packard bell ipower 2.0 net probs

Hello Vista, i had some problems with my packard bell ipower 2.0 first of all, in the start i wouldent start etc, only in safe mode, and i then i rebooted the computer and it works fine, but cant go on the internet, somethings wrong with the driver i think, how can i fix this problem ? :) i will be very happy for some respons, best regards Mathias.

Firstly before we do anything could you please post your network configuration settings please so I can see if your machine is configured correctly. - http://www.vistax64.com/network-sharing/284688-network-posting-tips.html

Next could you view device manager and tell me if there are any red X's?

Are you able to place the screenshot into the USB flashdrive to transfer to another machine? If not do you have a smartphone at which you can take a picture of what is on screen and then show it?

Dont know if its useful but, it says that my lan connection = description = microsoft ISATAP - Networkcard.
DHCP=activated=no
Automaticly konfiguration aktivated=yes
my NetBIOS via tcp/ip is deaktivated.

atm its on danish, and i dont have a smartphone i might be able to switch it to english and take a screenshot and transfer it with a usb

i can get network on it with a broadband, but it says that my internet driver is ruined, sometimes it says that it works all fine, but it dont.
