Most Services disabled, nothing works. Cant restart some.

After a reboot all the main services were disabled.

No optical drives show up,
No Audio,
USB modem will connect, but no actual loading any pages.
Aero option in themes is availabe at all.

I took a photo of all the services disabled, if someone can tell me which ones are needed for my listed problems.

When I try start say Audio services it comes up with: windows could not start the service: error:1068

please help tell me which services I need in this list, ty

thanks, i just enabled the bare bones services & all seems good again. ...but oddly thumbnail cache was wiped again

Sounds like a full system scan for viruses and malware is in order.
