Hey my name is Mitchell Speiser,
I recently just moved and decided to get my computer out from the storage unit; I'll remind you it's been sitting there for a very long time. Whenever I brought it home, I set it all up nice and neat on my desk in my room. Whenever I turned it on, I needed an Administrator password to access my main account.
So I couldn't remember it, thus this is where my problems began.
I logged into a non-administrative account, my personal one 'Mitch,' and looked up some support numbers and information on how to fix this.
Here's a list of my problems that have totaled since the research:
-I do not have my disc to uninstall and reinstall Vista Home Premium 32bit.
-I cannot afford some company to come in for $129.99 dollars to solve this.
-I've uncovered a Spyware virus that's blocking some important ports.
-I can't run Administrator cmd. because it requires the Administrative password.
-I cannot download a 'burner' to fix my password because I need the Administrative password to launch the Wizard.
-I can't locate where to fix by 'rebooting' my computer. (said by some sources)
So I was wondering if anyone could help? The Microsoft support line couldn't, neither could Dell support. I did talk to some technicians via chat123.us and they 'saw' the problem but wanted to charge me an outrages amount just to fix it.
If you have some tips, videos, or whatnot, please comment below and help me; I'd appreciate it!
