lost ownership problema ?

I can't copy a file from my desktop to a folder on my C Drive. The file I am trying to copy is a text file I made using notepad. I saved it to my desktop and then tried to drag it to a folder under " C ". I get the attached error ( this is the error number 0x80070522 ) See attachment

This may be part of the error. I am trying to add a attachment and it is not attached to my thread

You got the image uploaded to your post, but you just missed attaching it.

If you like, you could use the "Take Ownership" context menu item from the tutorial below to take ownership and set permissions of the folder to allow you access, then try copying the file.
