We can perform few troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue:
1. Click Start.
2. In search Type “Device Manager”.
3. Press Enter.
4. Search for Imaging Devices.
5. Click ‘+’ sign beside Imaging Devices and check if Integrated Webcam is detected.
6. If no, it might be an issue with the Webcam.
7. It yes, re-install the driver for Webcam.
