Solved Now I really did it! (Accidentally did stuff in msconfig!)

Now I really did it.
I was recently disabling some services and startup programs in msconfig, and now I restarted the computer to find my task bar which used to be the aero theme now white, and the whole thing looking like windows XP. Now, I get these "service disabled" balloon messages in the bottom right corner of my screen, and my computer is slow. Can someone please tell me which services that were enabled when I got this computer? All help is appreciated. :D

The list at Black Viper's site below can show you the default settings for Vista SP2 services.
If you like, you could also do a system restore (at boot if needed) using a restore point (if available) dated before this happened to undo it.
