Need Help on Multiple Places

1. I am getting unexpected Sounds in laptops including advertisements at regular intervals . I installed Free Spywares and cleaned up. But no use

2. Later on based on recommendation I tried to change security settings . unable to Edit them . I get message Security services can't be started . I have uninstalled all of the AV and Malware software .


3. I am unable to change firewall settings

First get rid of the crying face, we will solve this. Go back with system restore to a week before the problem began. It is a virus or malware, but the problem persists.

Hi Let me try to restore . But unfortunately I have been experiencing the issue for quiet some time now . Initially I thought it was issue with a music file and ignore for some time .
