choosing a partition

ome more thing guy .i am still working on my computer with 2 drive .now what i have on my 250 raptor is win7 and vista home premium .i just dont know what i did put i have the 2 on that drive .both window are working fine.
now i am trying to install win7 on my secound drive [500 ] so what i did i disconnected the raptor .put my install cd in but i just cant not get the computer to boot on the cd .
now i did connect the drive back i do get the install screen but it show that i have 2 partition .
so my question is to install win7 on the 500 do i just click on it [in the partition] to choose were win7 be installed .
i just dont want to have 3 window on my 250 raptor .
i hope you get the picture that i am trying to explain here

the only thing that i dont get is the choice of formating the drive .
why .some time i do get it .?????????

got it .i have to delete the partition that i like to install on it right

1. don't deleter anything

2. on your picture you have a system partition with your bootmgr and most likely the Windows7 partition. I don't see a Vista partition. Is that on another disk.

3. you say that you cannot boot from the CD. Did you change the BIOS bootorder to make it boot from CD ??

4. disconnecting Disk0 to install on your 500GB drive is a good idea. But then you have to switch between the different boot drives via the bootsequence in the BIOS - which is very easy.

5. for further discussion it would be helpful if you posted a picture of your Disk Management

thank you .yes when i restart or turn it on i get the black screen to choose the window i like to go on .no problem there .
the thing is i dont really know if the 2 window are on the same drive .
when i did disconnect the raptor i know window is on it .now all i had connected was my 500 .[black screen ] that it now why is that i could not install window on it .yes i did go to the bios and change to boot on dvd .
i try all the dem key to boot on the dvd put nothing happen .
now i did install [speccy] but it show my 2 drive nothing about what window is on .
so i know when i keep the 2 drive connected i do get to the install like i said i get to 2 partition /
if i click my computer it show my 2 drive .on my 500 all you have is 465 left when it new .now i have 450 left .so that mean i do have some on it .but what .now on my 250 [232] new .now i have 196 left so it look like i have 2 window on that drive .right .that is 36 gbs this way to much for only one window

now i know that my win7 is on the 500 drive and vista is on my 250 raptor .
what i did i disconeted my 500 and i know that first boot choice is win7 so it did boot on it but when i choose vista it did not boot .so now i know that vista is on it [500].
i connected the 500 drive back then i boot on it that it here it was .
