What have the kids done to my comp.

Monitor seems fine when switching on. Only when windows boots up does the screen change. Can Anybody help me out???

I could be wrong here but his Windows doesn't appear to be upside down, he does however have some graphical issues which may be resolved with a driver update.

Lets hope that the kids did not hurt the computer, itself, and only affected the software. Try a system restore from before the assault on the computer.

There is a program you can download to change the background of your logon screen. I find it a bit controversial, because it replaces a system file, and from my own experience it screwed up my ability to use the fingerprint reader to log on. Perhaps they installed this.

In any case, the easiest thing to do would be to roll back to a previous system restore, as Rich suggested.

The former, perhaps, the latter, no. It's just the photo that's rotated, not the screen.

Yes this is a driver problem, at first just looking at the image I thought that it is screen shifted sideways but checking the image properly it looks like a driver/software problem

Run a full antivirus scan.

Shouldn't system restore take care of drivers? Or perhaps some things just don't end up covered. If it's possible that some drivers may not be restored, I'd go that route kingthood suggested... go to the device manager for display and update the drivers. Or, you may want to visit your computer maker's website and download the latest display drivers from there.

One last thing... check with those kids and ask them what they did!
