Please Help, I'm going crazy trying to restore

I have a systemax system with windows vista home premium. I am trying to restore to factory settings. I have my restore disk and my drivers and application disk.

When I try to restore with the disk it asks me to restart my computer and press any key when prompted to.
When I restart it comes up press any key to continue restore.... I press any key on my key board and it just restarts computer back to normal??

Why the disk not working, It is brand new never been used.

Someone told me to check to make sure Cd/Dvd was 1st on my Bios and it IS!

Any help would be great as it is driving me nuts!!!!!! Thanks

If you have a product key number, this method may be easier. Use the ISO to go back to SP1
