Dear all
I have a HP notebook with Windows Vista (Home Premium, 32 bit) Operating System. The capacity of its hard drive is 160Gb and its free space is 24Gb. My hard disk had only one partition, so that I decided Shrink the volume using the Disk Management Utility incorporated in Windows Vista.
My selected value of "size of shrink space" was 15Gb, but after 23 Hour, the action of shrinking the partition is not completed yet!!
I think this is not normal.
Is there any way to interrupt the action of shrinking the partition? Or may I restart the computer now? Is restarting the windows (and interrupting the shrinking action) dangerous for my data?
Thanks in advace...
