I was on the yahoo home screen and clicked my Netflix tab. The screen then went black. After that it will not get past the screen that says Microsoft and has the green loading bar across the bottom. Now the screen has vertical red lines and the. Computer will not restart.

No, tried booting normally and in repair mode and both get to green load bar and then shut down

It doesn't matter what its hooked up to, a screen is a screen, so the TV is not the reason that you're getting the error message.
