How can i do complete restore?

Have you tried a System Restore in Safe Mode?

I assume you've run your anti-virus and malware detectors like Malwarebytes.

What you must do is a factory restoration, any other method may allow the Virus to remain on your system. The virus may even be in your personal stuff, in which event the virus would not be removed at all.

Hope this works.
Turn on the computer and then keep hitting f9 quickly and repeatedly, you should get a full restoration, but you will lose your stuff.

But, will i loose my vista? I have taken backup of the images that i need already. Altso scanned them to be secure with malwarebytes and ESET.

You will lose your stuff, programs will have to be reinstalled. Its your choice if you want to go this route.
