I kept receiving an Error 100a

I tried to reset my BIOS battery over night so I could start up my Laptop. Somebody put password on the Laptop in my motel where I stayed for several days. Today. I install my recovery disc and I kept receiving an Error 100a so I can't do anything.

is there somebody can help me to resolve this problem? PLEASE?:sick:
