I have a Acer Aspire M1640, (Read My System Specs) And it is Currently Not Booting! 
i have Power For Less than a Second, Then Nothing. i Reconnected the Buttons And Everything, But Nothing Seens to be working. The Fans Turn on for less than a second If i flip the swith On the Power Supply On Then off. I have tried Switching power supplys, And got the same thing. please help me, i Just Got it last Week!
