Windows has made a cd drive (j) but there is no other drive

this is not a major issue but it is bugging me. i have my main cd-rw drive drive (E) and i have many usb ports one of them in the j drive. today windows randomly made a cd drive j. could it be because i installed power iso or what. this drive dosent work nor does it actually exist. any help would be appriciated

i belive it was a virtual drive for power iso because when i installed it the drive dissapered.
this still helped me change the drive back though thanks very much
