Undeletable suspicious files in C:\ (HELP)

Alright, well im running vista home premium x64, there are around 7 folders with very odd numerical names (0c72e96a38d5f364662f47ae04) I try to delete them, it says I need permission to do so. Even when I run explorer as admin and try it that way it still says I dont have permission. I attempted deleting them in cmd (using del and rmdir) and that didn't work either. I try allowing me in the security option of my hard drive and that didnt work. Plz i need help. I fear that these might be part of a virus, I just wiped my computer fresh and dont want it infected again.

You should not delete that which you do not recognize

That which i do not recognize, and was not present during the initial install of the OS, forces me to conclude that a virus has gotten deep into my computer created a security for itself so it cannot be deleted allowing it to continue doing whatever it wishes. These files seem very odd and i dont believe them to be a necessity of my computer

Make a full and updated anti virus scan
Download Malwarebytes and and make a full scan

Alright unsound the alarm, I did the admin stuff (thanks btw) which allowed me to view the contents of the folders, they were all microsoft junk info so I just enabled all the folders as hidden. Thanks guys
