Favorites are gone from my drop down Menu?

They're gone! All I did was shut down the computer at night, and when We turned it on the next day, All the favorites were gone. I can see them in documents under "Favorites", But when I try to access them from the Drop down, A pop up apears that says they could have been moved to a new file or location. I have no Idea what to do! I tried clicking and draging them into the drop down, importing them into the favorites menu, but nothing is working. Someone please help! :confused:

Hello Mande, and welcome to Vista Forums.

Could you specify if you are referring to Favorites in Internet Explorer, or Favorites in the navigation pane of Windows Explorer?

Oh, sorry about that. The drop down in Internet Explorer is what I meant. Its Blank.

No problem. Double check using OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to make sure that your C:\Users\(user-name)\Favorites folder is set with it's default location.
