Black Startup Screen Vista

I just installed Windows Vista on my previous Windows XP and now when I restart my computer, it stops at this black screen and it gives me 3 options. How do I just make it start only in Vista instead of choosing every time at start up?

Earlier version of Windows
Microsoft Windows Vista
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Setup

Go to Control Panel\Administrative Tools\System Configuration\ and select the Boot tab. If you have more than one OS installed, you can set which one it will boot to first. However, I don't know if you can delete one there. I don't know why it's showing more than one OS.

You can set the Timeout to a lower duration but I wouldn't set it too low or you wouldn't be able to get into things like safe mode if you needed to.
