computer is in korean, CANT LOG IN!

okay so someone has been screwing around on my windows vista computer and now it is in Korean!!! when i click on my account to log in, the screen turns black and then a window pops up with different options. i cant read any of them so i just click on all of them. one option looks like it's for entering a product key. i put one in and then it brought me to another set of options!

is there any way that i can reset it to factory settings or something?
