CANT log in a website, sooo annoying

I have a password/username, just cant log in.
They said clear cookies, delete history, accept cookies all that stuff
nothing works
Strange thing is, it worked this morning, now its not again
PLEASE HELP!!!

I have windows professional 7, but it says 6.1?

also if someone can tell me how to save passwords and user names.
i.e. logging in yahoo, every single time even though I click "save for 2 weeks"
every time I go to mail page have to re-enter long ass info.

The newest Firefox has gotten better on bleeding resources, i use Fire Fox because of the security add on's myself, others like Safari or Chrome .

As far as the password stuff , it is gonna be a setting in your browser that you need to change to " keep cookies til they expire " which is a setting i find in my firefox in Tools , options, Privacy tab.. Then in Security tab, i have my set to remember password.
