We have a Vista 64 bit Dell computer that my husband's account is the administrator. He logged on yesterday a.m. and it was fine. Then he logged on yesterday afternoon and his user profile failed. Since he is the only administrator, we can't run a system restore, etc. I'm not the most savvy computer person in world, so I need step by step instructions on how to restore his account. Thanks!
