Solved ntuser file

hello everyone

A file keeps appearing on my laptop called ntuser, can you please tell me why
this file appears, and what i should do with it. It has appeared before and i just hide it, is this ok or can i delete it

i right clicked on the ntuser file, clicked on properties and ticked the hidden box and the file went, was that ok to do that

Yeah, as you saw from that link i showed you, that file is very important, but , it can be hidden. Not deleted. You did good.
