I have received new computer from work (they bought too many) and when switch on get message that' the group policy client service failed login. Access is denied' this is the only user profile set up so can't access computer at all. Any suggestions? Thanks++

I would take it back to them. Then, if you can, ask your IT support department to set it up for you to access the machine!
