USB Devices SLOW System to a CRAWL

SD Cards, GPS, Cameras, Phone......Anything I plug into the system just slows it to a standstill. mouse stops, moves, stops. Usally clears up after about a 5 minute wait and the device is recognized. I have run Adware, Virus, Spyware, any scan I have and found nothing. Need advice.

Doesn't it do it is safe mode?

That showed no problems, Did not try in Safe-Mode

Strange that it clears up in about 5 min. Have you cleaned up computer recently ? Use ccleaner, and do a defrag , then restart, and see how long it takes a new device this time. My thinking is that too many files are being searched for it to connect everything up to just bing bang boom, So, clear trash out with a good cclean program, latest version, then defrag to get all files close together.

Downloaded CClean and ran it, that did it.
I have used DiscCleanup, and Defrag runs weekly, I guess the Windows cleanup,
don't really cleanup!
