lost my personal videos folder

I recently sent my videos folder to the recycle bin and deleted it. I cant find the folder to restore it. I dont know what I can do to get one back?? HELP,,,Thanks

Here you can download the latest version of ShadowExplorer, a free replacement for the Previous Versions feature of Microsoft Windows® VistaTM. You can restore lost or damaged files from Shadow Copies. However, it is by no means a replacement for traditional backups!
