sonic wall view point account password

Hi,

I have sonic wall view point account. in that i recently changed the password and after changed the password am not able to login. can u please some can help on this

Now its showing for " User Account has been locked out, Contact Administrator Details "

Please find the attachment Sonic Wall View poing error

Please Let me know how to reset the password again...
