What is this mysterious folder?

I have a weird folder in Local Disk called: 3496f3b9029fa742940eec078b

Inside looks like this.

Could it be important system files?
Cant find any info on whether its a virus or something important in my system. Seems to be modified only recently. Have done full virus scan & malawarebytes scan since, but found nothing.

Just would like some idea what it is as I dont recall it being there not too long ago.
