Solved Help Please System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154)

I think it all happened after I unchecked IPv6 from Internet Protocol, which I cannot access now to recheck since my "connection status is unknown/class not registered", windows installer doesn't work, system became slow while using windows explorer, no sound, etc.
Curiously I have internet access.
Below are the error details.
If I have to register some dll with regedit please let know step by step, I'm not a PC genius at all.
I much appreciate your input.

I can restart the pc without problems, it takes 10 min, though.
I restored some uninstalled intellipoint software and now it is coming fine the sound and network access.

miraculously everything works now. I uninstalled a program for microsoft mouse, Intellipoint, and the uninstaller erased many other keys from registry.
I ran the uninstaller again and it had a registry restore, which I did.
That solved the problem.
