windows size and position of regedit.exe

Hi, I've been wondering is it possible to reset the window size and position of the windows system called regedit.exe, I've tried System Restore, and it reset to where the default should be, but I need to know how to edit it using registry, I've tried the tutorial here in which you just run Reset_Explorer_View.reg, that can be downloaded from here, but does not work.

Hello Muz,

That would reset the folder view for everything back to default.

Normally you could manually size (drag window borders) the registry window to how and where you like it, then close it. It should then open the same way as it was last closed.

No, usually the point where windows was first installed, is where I like it though.

If you are just talking about window size and position, then this free program should work:
WinSize2 moves and resizes windows

Just size and position the window then make sure it's active by clicking with the mouse. Use the Winsize2 hotkey to add it to the list of remembered windows.
