Admin password removal

New Member
My son sent his laptop home from College. I started to use, it but the users are his roommate, who made himself the administrator and guest. The roommate doesn't remember the password and without it, I cannot do anything on the laptop. What can I do to remove the admin password?

You could do a factory recovery to reinstall Vista.
