It just randomly popped up, and it wont close! What i did so far, was just went to Run, and disabled Java. What was this?

ok, i just downloaded secunia PSI, and scanned my computer. my overall score was 84%, is said it was 7% insecure, 4 end-of-life, and 57 patched. what do i do now? end of life? how do i remove these things?

You can set Secunia, to update automatically.
For the end of life, were you told which ones?
Click on scan results, to see which ones are at end of life. Then you can keep it or uninstall (probably by going to control panel and then programs).

For the others go to the website and see if there are updates.
If there are do so.
If not, its your call. Do you want to continue to use the software with potential security flaws.
If it were me, I would uninstall the software, unless very important to me to keep it.
Dont forget, in today's world, security is extremely important. Virus is just a small part of the problem.
My Secunia score is 100% and would be uncomfortable haveing it any other way.

wow really 100 percent? Ok, i will try my hardest to fix this problem, if i run through with some problems, i will report them.

When downloading from Adobe be careful of optional downloads which unless you uncheck them, will download along with their product. Adobe Flash 10.3 automatically updates itself anyway and so do most of their software I believe. so uninstall the old stuff and download the new.
jucheck is Java update checker..... you would download the latest from http://www.java.com/en/ but updates usually occur automatically for that too.
