Solved Tablet PC Input Panel Problem

My Tablet PC Input Panel is gone and I can not open one any where.

How do I get the Input Panel back?

I have the Input Panel Icon on my task bar but it does not open anything.

What happens if you type input panel in search. Does it pop up so you can click on it?

It is listed in the search. But nothing happens when I try to click on it.

Go back one week before the problem with system restore.

Tried system restore from 1 week ago and 2 weeks ago. neither lets the Input Panel come up afterwards.

Other Ideas???

Did a repair install. that fixed the problem. Thanks
