Solved errors shown in startup repair help!!

My desktop its an hp, having major issues and now won't boot to windows. i forgot model but i know its got wind v 32bit, intel processor, 2 512mb ram. I had did a factory image restore on 6-18-11. bout 5 days ago, it started going stupid on me. so i tried to due factory restore again. upon reboot i keep getting thrown to recovery. i try the repair my computer, and it says windows startup repair unable to repair. did chkdsk/r, looked at drive through diskpart has two patitions, both are healthy. tried again with image same results. went back to command prompt an did bootrec/fixboot, states action was completed successful. attempted image again now does a crash dump, booted back up and went to recovery and attempted safe mode, goes through drivers loading and crash dumped again. what follows is the repair detail

so i go through the motions and repeat repair attempt and alt prob event shows below

these two alternate over and over, I am needing more repair info or steps I hope I still have options, thanks in advance.

What I found is if you
Hold down the '0' (zero) key while pressing the power button, it will open a recovery wizard that will guide you through it.

You lose your stuff and its like the day you took it home. You have to reinstall updates, SPs everything.

its a hp, pavillion forgot digits i am at the library its at home. need more specific, i can post fm my phone once i get home.

The information I gave you is for the Toshiba, want me to find it for HP?

hold down the zero while powering on correct? is this any different from the recovery i get from the f 11 button. I have down the factory restore several times already, but I keep getting sent back, now when i try to boot it crash dumps, also when I try to get to safe mode.

What I gave you before is for the Toshiba, follow the one above, It is the factory restoration and it should work

please, I will also apply the info you have given to my toshiba issue that I am still working on, the hp I jumped over to has stalled the toshiba work, but I think I wil have faster success with the hp because it shows the vista in all repair choices, where my toshiba doesn't list any.

I followed the link you provided above, but its the same process I have been repeating and I am still receiving the above mentioned problem events.

That means that the restore partition is corrupted and will now work.
You can go this way:
Call the computer company and get a Vista install DVD for about $25.00 (its at cost)
or the way I would go.
Get an upgrade version of Seven, for about $135.00. Be sure that your computer meets the requirments of Seven and we will help you do a clean install.
