what is it you dont understand?
i have maxed out mouse sens in control panel, but my mouse is still little bit to slow.

There is only one thing that I know of and it might have been already done
Go to Control Panel then Mouse. Click on Pointer Options, then, Enhance Pointer Precision," is shown, uncheck that and see how much faster your mouse will move
