Hi I am wanting to know how to allocate bandwith fot my 10port USB HUBno name brand, just a generic hub...

I am having trouble connecting devices in a correct sequence, I got mouse keyboard, webcam, phone, Printer , wireless network adapter and a deskl lamp...
I know I been asking alot, but I am wanting the need of having my computer run with all devices connected,,,
If there is a way to allocate bandwidth it will be great...I did hear somewhere that you can boost the performance of the ports, or hub,,,,I hope so....
Thank you
