Solved Enable Desktop Manager

I have Vista Home Premium and I am wanting to enable Desktop Windows Manager. I would like to display Aero desktop effects such as transparency.

Can you please tell me how I can find Desktop Windows Manager and how I can enable it.
Once again I am asking for your help and am grateful for any suggestions.

Start button > in the search box, type ser > press Enter > you are at Services window > find and click Desktop Window... >
under Status heading, it shiould be ............... Started
under Startup Type, it should be ................... Automatic
if it is not, right click at Desktop Window > Properties >
at Startup Type, click the pointer and select Automatic
at Service Status, select Start
click OK when done.
