Where To Get A snipping tool full version free, not trial version

I noticed that alot of people post snapshots of errors and screens...
I would like to get a snipping tool that is compatible with Vista home basic..

Any Suggestions??

Also I know there is a tool that clears msconfig from obselete entrys...What is the best free one to get?? :sarc:

Just go to search and type snipping tool, its part of your operating system. It works great.

For a while tonight my computer was acting funny, but..It was hanging screens and menus etc and when i went to close or click on them it would ding...I went to safe mode and I scanned malware and virus.....22 tracking cookies found and resolved.. If it locks the page or menu again, what could I do?..I know I started this thread with one subject and now im spinning off in another direction sorry...It is my way of thinking I guess.

Thats called freezing
The first thing you do is make a full,updated, not a quick, scan with anti virus
Then download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

Just as a another thought, be sure to maintain the computer the way that I suggested in the other thread. Take it slow, ask questions, its not hard. If you follow those instructions your computer will run like new.

I feel like a pratt asking too many questions, but I don't get out much and dont get much contact with other people except for my wife and her sister whom we live with...I go out like once or twice a month...Tuesday I get my new glasses...free of charge..Frames anyway up to 100 dollars..... And Taking my TV from my room to the thrift store run by my church.

My first PC was an IBM 8088 40mb HD 5andquarter inch floppy drive and a CGA monitor it cost me over 2 grand 21 years ago......How tscnology has ghanged since then....lol

Cant believe I remember that....... My parents bought it for me out of my trust fund money.

OH and a DOT MATRIX printer with perforated paper and a rediculous printer ribbon that bunches up when you change it or re ink it..............

I thought my new printer was bad enough sometimes.....lol

TY friend.. I am glad you are my friend, I dont have many I talk to anymore...I havent seen most of them for at least 10 years...

I got this cencloud program appplication thing and it is in oriental writing......I jut got it like 30 min ago, it just popped up on my desktop as a shortcut

Just Scanned it and said it was safe, so I went to click onit and the sonar thingy on on norton pinged it as a high level threat.

Again Thank you for your Help.... Do you Have Black Vipers Link to the Service page?? I guess I forgot to bookmark it... OOPS

I lookes at my desktop and cencloud was was still there, so I uninstalled it with revo.. but the wierd thing is that the whole uninstall process was in asian except for revo itself.... Might want to alert other people about this threat......cencloud.exe it creates an icon and is in asian script, except the name.
