screen saver photos

I have set up my laptop to show show random pics from all of my picture albums as a screen saver using the tools in control panel in Vista. I have 50 GBs of pics and don't always recognize what specific file a pic that comes up randomly is from. I have read a few posts that say Windows XP had the ability to show where the pics are located by file but that Vista does not have this option. There was also a suggestion that you could copy something from an old version of XP to modify Vista to enable this option. I don't have an old copy of XP. Is it still the case that this option is not available for Vista? Thanks ahead for any help.
