Installing themes properly?

Hello.. where can i find nice themes and how to install them proper? Dont advice me Windows Theme installer v1.1 because 2 days ago thats the program that completely messed up my vista preventing it to startup.
Which theme file/s do i need etc. and how to install them... im new to vista..

Im running vista ultimate x64.

First of all you are going to need to patch some files to allow Windows Vista custom themes

To do this use Vistaglazz

And for the themes you can obtain anywhere really

Hmm.. where do i put de fonts? I downloaded a theme from devianart but there are alot of files..

There should be 1 file and 1 Folder you will need to copy them to the following Directory


With C:\ being the Location of the Windows Installation

Also make sure the File is OUTSIDE of the Folder
