application crash! somebody please help me fix it!

basically when i open a certain folder up..it crashes...everytime!...i want to delete stuff from that folder and it just keeps crashing...and when it has the option to search online for a solution..I get none..someone please help...any thought would be helpfull at the moment as it is Tickn me off.

Run a full updated scan of your antiVirus. Also run a full updated Malwarebytes (Free Version).

Download Malwarebytes (Free Version)

Reboot. Seems like virus/ malware attack. Explorer crashes such as this are often related to ad/spyware, but not
limited to such. Post your result.
