Help with device not showing

I am trying to get my iPhone to show on my pc it worked one day and now is not found in computer,devices or USBIve done all the steps to correct it I've even been to the apple store and they gave me a 4 page list to uninstall it and still nothingI e also tried to repair I tunes and got fed up and had the pc in the shop,the technician got his iPhone to show up but mine still doesn I went back to the apple store and they did a hardware update and now I have no music and still not found on my pc.Please help me
