P pokie Member Feb 24, 2011 #3 She had McAfee I had her remove it , but now she is saying that It will not let her install the MSSE. I had her go to control panel add/remove programs and she was able to remove that. My Computer System One

If it does not work, with system restore install again and then uninstall the correct way. How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe) Then download and use ccleaner, to clean any crap left over Then try to download again. If it still does not work download in clean boot.
