HP Printer Keeps Installing Itself

My HP Printer keeps reinstalling over and over and over and over again. I have to keep adding a printer to all of our networked computers because of this.

I believe the solution is.

Type: msconfig (in search field)
Find Services HP Cue and stop and reboot computer.

Make sure that the printer is installed.
Then go to windows automatic update and set to notify
When the new driver comes in, right click and hide
Your problem should be over
